Developed in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, SIAE's ECCED programmes promote child-centred, play-based and experiential learning, with emphasis on holistic child development, age-appropriate pedagogy and practical classroom readiness.

The Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCED) is a six-month hybrid teacher-training programme designed for aspiring preschool teachers, caregivers and early childhood educators. Practical Training Experience

Learn Through Guided Classroom Practice

Where authorised centres are available, practical training is conducted at SIAE or My Junior School centres in functioning preschool environments.

Learners develop practical competencies through classroom observation, activity planning, Montessori materials, storytelling, Teaching Learning Material preparation, lesson planning, teaching practice, and mentor feedback.

Eligible graduates receive career guidance and placement assistance. Employment is not guaranteed.

Eligibility Guidance

Candidates should normally have completed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or an equivalent qualification. Graduates and postgraduates are also welcome to apply.
